Hughes Properties II, LLC has been chosen as a contender for the 2025 Athens Limestone Chamber of Commerce Small Business Woman-Owned Business of the Year. It is a honor to be nominated and a contender in this event with so many other great small businesses in the Athens-Limestone Area.
Marion and Kristen attended the CAI National Conference in May. The conference brought together management company members, board members, Community Association Managers, vendors, and others for 3 days of classes, fun, and education. Marion and Kristen learned more best practices to bring back to share with clients and made connections with other association managment individuals. There was over 1,200 people in attendance from 14 different countries.
Marion and Kristen attended the CAI CEO-MC Retreat in September. The conference addressed and taught new solutions to the challenges of recruiting, embracing new technology, meeting demands of HOA boards, and many other topics for HOA Management Companies. Over 250 mangement company executives from the entire United States and abroad were in attendance.
